The South Carolina Office of Regulatory Staff (ORS), North Carolina Utilities Commission (NCUC), and Pipeline and Hazardous Material Safety Administration (PHMSA), were pleased to present the South & North Carolina Pipeline Safety Seminar on August 12-13, 2025, in Columbia, S.C., with support from the APGA Security and Integrity Foundation (SIF).
