The APGA Security and Integrity Foundation (SIF), with financial support from PHMSA developed the SIF Anti Drug Plan generator. The plan generator is an on-line tool to create a written Drug and Alcohol Plan that is customized for your unique system. An advisory group composed of government and industry pipeline safety experts guided the development of the Anti Drug Plan tool, ensuring that all the requirements of DOT Code of Federal Regulations Part 199 and Part 40 are included in the written Anti Drug Plan that is created for your system.
